Accessible ICT Workshops - Philippines.
The national government of the Philippines, through the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons and the Commission on Information and Communications Technologies partnered with Vision Office for a series of training workshops on Accessible Information Technologies. Three workshops with an emphasis on accessible web development were presented to webmasters and policymakers in the country's main regions of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao during 2004-2005. More...

When Groups Decide
A three-hour workshop on decision-making by groups or teams was presented to companies and universities during 2005. The lively workshop has been attended by faculty and staff of City University, Canada, Ateneo University Davao, and Holy Angel University in the Philippines as part of faculty development programmes

Interregional Seminar on Accessible ICT produced milestone international documents
In March 2003, twenty-eight participants - national experts, regional and interregional experts discussed issues relating to technology and accessibility for persons with disabilities, and produced two documents, now commonly known as the Manila Declaration and Manila Accessible ICT Design Recommendations.
