  • Year 2000 remediation of "shrink-wrap" software at Westcoast Energy
  • Deskside Consulting: ongoing systems analysis of desktop software requirements for managers, engineers and staff at Westcoast Energy.
  • Ad-hoc desktop application support for a mining company and a natural gas company.
  • Standard hard drive images for workstations of the Greater Vancouver Regional District; Vision Office provided help-desk and 2nd-tier support.
  • Upgrade of desktop computers, operating systems and Microsoft Office versions.
  • Operation and transfer of Help Desk functions from in-house to outsourcing company.

  • Pro bono technical assistance and advice to North Shore Disability Resource Centre to improve the accessibility of public information.
